Dewa charging card is available in all our vehicles. In case you paid for any charge, we will refund you for all the paid charging you have performed on our behalf to your MOTOR wallet once a payment receipt is provided. You can also use our app to find the nearest charger to you.

How can I sign up for the service?
In order to create an account, you need to follow the below instructions: • Download MOTOR Share Application on your mobile. • Register using your Mobile number & Email address. • Submit all the required documents: • Valid Emirates ID (or passport copy for non-UAE residents). • Valid visa copy (for visitors). • Valid UAE driving license (International driving license / permit for non-UAE residents). • Valid Credit Card. After the registration customer support service will send a confirmation letter to your email.
How can I find a nearby car?
MOTOR App has an interactive map with all available cars in real time. There is a “Blink” feature to easily locate a car in any car park.
How to Operate the car?
The most amazing & unique keyless driving experience. You control everything through the App. • Locate and select a car near you. • Click “Book” to reserve the car (Free reservation for 20 minutes). • Click “Blink” to see the car exact location. • Click “Cool” to start AC remotely. • Click “Open & Start Examination” to unlock the car. • Click “Start Rent” to start the trip. • Click “Quit Reservation” to cancel the request. • Click “Parking” to temporary stop the trip & to "Lock” the car. • Click “Trip” to unlock the car again and continue the trip. • Click “Finish” to end the rent.
Are MOTOR cars insured?
Every car is provided with compulsory car insurance. The customer’s responsibility is determined by the conditions of usage, contract and present legislation.
Where do I charge?
There is a network of chargers across Dubai that you can locate using our app (just press charge button on the screen), some of them are free while others including DEWA chargers that you can use via a card that is placed in the glove box.

What do I do if I got into an accident?
In case of an accident, please make sure you are safe and the safety of your passengers as well, call 998 if ambulance is needed. Call 999 for police assistance and reporting the incident. Once you have the police report, call our customer support team to support you further and guide you to submit the police report received for insurance purposes.
What do I do if I want to use Tesla key instead of the app?
If you want to use the Tesla key instead of using the app you can request a special delivery of the vehicle to you that will be arranged at your convenience. You can make this request if you are renting the car for at least 1 week. Just contact us by phone and we will arrange the delivery.
What if I want to arrange a delivery of the vehicle?
If you want us to deliver a vehicle to specific place to your convenience, you need to call our customer support team and we will arrange the delivery. This service is applicable for the weekly, monthly and yearly rent only.
